MMA Conditioning

Consist of drills and techniques that are important to training in Mixed
Martial Arts. Each class will focus on flexibility, core, balance, plyometric,
speed, agility, resistance, and endurance training.

Body Blast

A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that focuses on toning,
shaping, and strengthening the body while maximizing your calorie burn.

Boxercise

Focuses on conditioning the body using a mix of boxing and exercise
circuits to accelerate your training, helping you to reach your goals faster.

Jungshin Fitness

Uses a sword to promote weight loss and posture while developing
confidence and self-awareness. This class will create a Martial Artist body
